How do I choose the right size?

Each product is designed with a specific fit, including Slim Fit, Athletic Fit, or Relaxed Fit. Please check the product description and refer to the corresponding size chart before purchasing.

For the best fit, we recommend comparing your measurements with our size guide. If you prefer a more fitted look, choose your regular size. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, consider sizing up.

What if the size doesn't fit?

Yes. If the size does not fit, you can return your original item and place a new order for the correct size.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of $8. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Is merino wool itchy?

No. Our merino wool products use ultra-fine 15.5μm and 16.5μm merino wool, designed to feel soft and comfortable against your skin.

Unlike traditional wool, our merino fabric is smooth, lightweight, and designed without the typical wool itch.

What is your return policy?

We want you to feel confident with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • In original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Will the fabric shrink after washing?

No. Our knit fabrics are designed to maintain their shape and fit after washing when proper care instructions are followed.

To help preserve the garment’s quality, we recommend cold washing and laying flat to dry.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days after processing.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email so you can follow your delivery status.
